 est honours Rotary can bestow upon a person. Recipients are community prof
 essionals and volunteers\, in recognition of their outstanding contributio
 ns which exemplify the highest ideal in Rotary - “Service above Self.”
  Payment of $45 per person can be made via e transfer to accounts@rotarycl
