He specializes in strategy formulation\, execution\, and evaluation\, with extensive expertise in analyzing current and future demand trends and developing resource allocation studies for police servi ces. He has extensive experience in teaching and research\, having previou sly worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Waterloo\, wh ere he advanced studies on strategy\, technology management\, and organiza tional effectiveness. Hector is a member of the Academy of Management\, th e Project Management Institute\, and the American and Canadian Societies o f Evidence-Based Policing.
