The games are scheduled for the third and fourth weeks of August 2021.
On August 19, 2021 Pelham will host the bicycle road race, which will start and end under the Rotary Arches.

The move back to Wednesday Morning meetings that was approved at the meeting last week will occur after the Sept 02 meeting.
Ann and Angela are involved in planning for new options and meeting formats.
f) In Person Meetings with Remote Options – Bob and Lance have looked into possible technical expertise available to assist with this.  Lance provided a contact at https://www.b4networks.ca/
They are part of a referral group that he belongs to and are a proactive community minded company here in Fonthill.  Dave sent them an email and is waiting for a response.
In the meantime Paul S. will be in touch with the folks at the Meridian Centre regarding what kind of AV options they have available to handle challenges with audio when using Zoom during an in-person meeting once we reconvene in person meetings.  Paul indicated that staff there are not certain when room rentals will be available again, but it will be happening.
