a) CLUB GRANT QUALIFICATION SESSIONS - 3 SESSIONS FOR ROTARY YEAR 2021-2022
THE GRANT PROCESS: DISTRICT GRANTS AND GLOBAL GRANTS
- Email invitations went out requesting at least 2 representatives from each club to participate in 3 sessions. In order to qualify for grants this minimum attendance is required. Hugh and Annie are participating but we would like additional people to step forward. It is required that participants attend all three sessions. Sessions are to be held on Saturdays at follows:

b) Cluster Grant Project
- The club has participated for the past two or three years, contributing $1,000 per year, joining with other Canadian clubs in the District to pool funds towards a specific international project.
- Clubs with proposed projects will present to the group in early September and the group will select one project for next year.
- Tia mentioned that her husband Richard Taylor was contacted by a Rotary Club in Peru about a potential water project. There was discussion around timing and whether we have time to put together a proposal for this year. Mel Groom will speak with Richard about a proposal for next year.
