Open meeting: – welcome everyone - introduce guests - Hugh introduced our Guest Speaker
Jessica Potts.
Note: Anishinabe - refers to the Ojibway nation and can be pronounced "A-nish-in-knob-eh"
Haudenosaunee - refers to the Six Nations of the Grand River Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Seneca and Tuscarora and can be pronounced " Hoe-dee-no-show-knee"

Report/Correspondence/Announcements:
TV Auction – Hugh gave an update from yesterday’s committee meeting.
- There was discussion around whether the event can proceed given COVID and operations at the warehouse
- The Chief Medical Officer at Niagara Regional Health has been consulted
- He recommended further contact with Niagara Health officials
- Our warehouse manager Dan has been tasked with consulting further with Health officials
- Dan will attend the warehouse with Health officials before a decision is made
- A vote will be held among the 7 Clubs to determine whether to proceed
- The committee will also have to confirm that there will be sufficient numbers of volunteers available and willing to work at the warehouse

Speaker: Jessica spoke with us about her book "Best Day Ever: Uncovering Your Strengths & Discovering Your Passion" and how it relates to our 2020 experience.

- Ride route is being revised due to pandemic restrictions
