a. Heather stated no report for Vocational Services. No other reports were submitted.

Club by-laws (intro & homework) – Ann has been reviewing previously drafted bylaws and constitution. She has downloaded the latest Constitution template from RI and is updating it for our use, and is updating our bylaws document as well. Both will be sent out to members in draft format for review and then submitted for approval at an upcoming meeting.
Club Goals in RCC - Dave has been reviewing progress on our goals in RCC. Discussion was deferred to the General Business Meeting this Wednesday. Data in RCC will be updated following that meeting.
Rotary Curling – Bob (intro) – Bob was called away from the meeting so Hugh gave a brief summary. Bob will give the club an update on Wednesday.
Recording Secretary – Dave (intro) – Dave met with Hugh and Ann recently to discuss workload. Performing the Secretary duties together with the duties of Public Relations Director is too much. Dave would prefer to hand off the duties of Secretary next year to someone else. Annie volunteered to assume these responsibilities. Dave will work with Annie to update her on procedures in particular with Clubrunner entries.
Ann’s Board – Hugh/Ann – Discussion was held around the procedure for confirming positions for 2021/22. Ann and/or Hugh will send out a list to membership requesting either confirmation of intent to continue in the various positions for another year or expressions of interest.
Dues – Hugh confirmed that these are up to date until the end of December. Invoices will be going out in December for dues that will be owing in January.
Financial Module – Dave presented an update on e-commerce features that are available to be incorporated into our web site and Clubrunner as part of the District 7090 Website Refresh Initiative. Dave will forward the outline document to Randy and set up a meeting for Randy, Hugh and Dave to review.
Michael’s books – all (project lead) – Hugh will ask Angela to review her ideas on this at the Wednesday General Business meeting.
