Purse Bingo

Bingo is sold out with lengthy waiting list.  Board is considering semi-annual bingos, given their huge popularity at this time.

Arches
Frank Adamson
Prototype planning is in progress with Town engineer and Summerfest Committee.  Change in material is being recommended with steel frames similar to greenhouses, clad with white maintenance free composite and attached to new 4 foot deep concrete bases.  These will be virtually maintenance free for years to come.  Cost has not been confirmed but will likely in the $110k range.  Building is still expected to be finished by Summerfest 2020.

Family Funfest
Pres Mike on behalf of Paul and Paul
To date, sponsors total $7600 with 29 interested exhibitors and Radio 105 on board.  BBBS has added this event to their blanket insurance policy that is saving club approximately $3000.

Youth Exchange Host Family Honorarium
Pres Mike
It is a large commitment to host an exchange student and as a small token of appreciation, the board voted to provide a $100 gift card to each host family as a way to say thank you. This will be presented to the club for input and vote. Moved by Hugh and seconded by Mel, AIF
