To all Cornholers:

Re: Online zoom meeting Tuesday June 2 at 4pm

This is our final planning meeting before the event. The meeting will be held online so everyone can easily participate. You will have an opportunity to review your tasks and get answer all your questions.

The link will be provided in a separate email.

Finally, we need more players! This is an urgent request to reach out to your friends, your family members and your business associates to please sign up today. Attached is the flyer with our QR code to the registration site.

Many have told me you each know a number of people who are interested in playing. Now is the time for them to step up. As of today we have only 15 teams. (Our goal is 16 corporate teams and 32 community teams!)

Thank you for your anticipated support and we look forward to seeing you online next Tuesday. Let me know if you have any questions.

Yours in Rotary,

Paul S.
